Bob Hill
Mr. Hill is the owner and past President of Hill’s Ace Hardware, a hardware and building material store with two locations, 125,000 total square feet, and 130 employees. Mr. Hill has had great success in expanding operations and managing the large organization by focusing on differentiation and effectively promoting the business. Hill’s continually receives recognition as a leading retailer and contractor supplier. The company is nationally ranked by "Home Channel News", a leading construction supplier trade journal, as one of the top 500 construction industry dealers; it has also received awards from Ace Hardware for being a top tier retailer. Dealer recognition has been received from General Electric Appliances for top distribution awards, PPG Industries for the top Porter Paint dealer in the state of Georgia, and other major vendors for various sales distinctions.
Mr. Hill’s experience also includes successful real estate developments. Past projects include industrial developments in Barrow and Gwinnett Counties.
Mr. Hill is also a recognized community leader, serving in the past as President of the Barrow County Chamber of Commerce and Rotary Club as well as Board Chairman of the First United Methodist Church. He also sits on the board of directors of a local bank. Further, he is a life-long resident of Barrow County with extensive local knowledge and an understanding of the community needs.
Mr. Hill’s 34 years of retail experience and dedication to the betterment of the community make him the ideal person to bring this project to Winder. He will be actively involved with promoting the success of Snodon Village and ensuring the project is of the highest quality.
Audrey Hill
Ms. Hill is a second year MBA student at the University of North Carolina Kenan-Flagler Business School and will graduate May 2006 with a concentration in real estate and entrepreneurship. Through her MBA work, Ms. Hill has extensively studied commercial real estate and marketing.
During the previous five years, Ms. Hill worked as a state and local tax consultant with PricewaterhouseCoopers and as a human resources manager with Deloitte & Touche. She received her Bachelors of Business Administration in Accounting from the University of Georgia.
